Q. What is the history of the Event?
A. 2024 is the third year of the event.

Q. What categories will be racing at the Event?

Q. What time are categories racing at?

Q. Is the Bathurst International Race Meeting being televised?
A. Yes, on 7Mate and 7Plus. Actual broadcast times to be advised.

Q. What time do gates open and close?
A. Gates open at 8.00am and close 6.00pm daily.

Q. Where can I buy tickets?
A. Details are available on the ticketing page of the Event website.

Q. Will my ticket be refunded due to COVID-19 and Travel Restrictions.
A. The Australian Racing Group will give full refunds for tickets, camping and corporate packages purchased if the event cannot go ahead or you cannot travel to the event due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Australian Racing Group will continue to monitor all NSW State Government announcements and provide updates closer to the event.

Q. Can I bring my child for free?
A. Kids under 12 receive free admission with a paying adult. All kids must have a kid’s ticket to gain access to the event.

Q. What parking is available?
A. Public parking is available immediately adjacent to the Main Ticket Box off Panorama Avenue.

Q. What catering options are available?
A. Vendors will be operating from the Paddock.

Q. Is camping offered at this Event?
A. Yes, the Paddock campground is open – see dedicated page on the website

Q. Can I drive my own car up to the top of the Mount to watch racing?
A. Yes, providing all occupants have a valid ticket (children 12 and under free of charge)

Q. Can I gain access to the Pit complex roof during the Event?
A. Yes, however children must be supervised at all times.

Q. Are there Big Screens?
A. One big screens will be operational, located at Turn 1.

Q. What facilities are there for disabled patrons?
A. Disabled patrons can park at the top of the main car park, next to the accreditation centre (providing official State Govt vehicle pass on the car) then access the disabled elevator attached to the main pedestrian bridge which connects with the pit complex where there is a suitable elevator to access the Paddock (area behind the garages). Disabled toilets are located in the pit complex along with ramps to access the entire complex.

Q. What first aid service is available?
A. St John’s Ambulance will be operating from sites in the Paddock and Harris Park.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. No, all animals are prohibited with exception to assistance animals.

Q. Is there an ATM at the Circuit?
A. No, the nearest is located in Bathurst township, approximately 3 km away.

Q. What is the weather normally like?
A. Bathurst in November has an average low temperature of 9 degrees Celsius and an average high temperature of 24 degrees Celsius.

Q. What are the accommodation options in Bathurst?
A. Yes, Bathurst has a range of accommodation options.

Q. Is there a ‘Will Call’ Office
A. Yes, referred to as the ‘Accreditation Office’ and located at the Main Gate. The hours of operation TBA closer to the event.

Q. Will the National Motor Racing Museum be open?
A. Yes. You will need to purchase a ticket to the Bathurst International event as the museum sits within the event site. You will also need to purchase an entry ticket into the museum on arrival at the museum.
