Changes to Circuit to City event announced

FORECAST Thunderstorms and heavy rain have forced a change to the Supercheap Auto Bathurst International ‘Circuit to City’ event today (Thursday, 9 November).

While the planned stop and autograph session in the city will no longer occur, the cars will still make their way through the City of Bathurst as a way to welcome the stars and cars of the Kumho TCR World Tour and Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series to town.

Cars will leave Mount Panorama at 4pm local time and head to the city under Police escort.

From the circuit, they will head up Panorama Ave, turn left onto Brilliant Street and then right onto George Street.

Cars will then turn right at the Roundabout on Russell St, before heading back to the circuit via William Street and Panorama Ave.

Fans are welcomed to line the route to welcome the TCR Stars and Cars.

Locals missing the opportunity to get an autograph or meet the drivers can still do so tomorrow with the Supercheap Auto Community Day.

All residents living in the 2795 Postcode can access the circuit for free on Friday with a valid ID.
